Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilitity
- Electronic File Management
- Prepare Draft Appendices (A, B, C and D) for 50 consultant contracts (from Templates)
- Use eInvoice application to create eInvoice and upload App D
- Request work orders in PSCS
- Research STIP/funding availability
Skills Required:
- High School Diploma Required
- Experience with Microsoft, Excel, Word. Required
- Ability to adapt and learn in-house applications. Required
- Some college. Desired
- Purchasing/invoice experience. Nice to have
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
